After decades of development, the domestic 2D image acquisition and imaging system has been relatively mature, and has achieved autonomous and controllable technology. At present, 3D target detection is in a rapid development stage, and 3D scanning detection is conducted by using monocular camera, binocular camera and linear laser comprehensively. In today's industrial production, the 3D contour scanner can be used in the industrial field to measure the shape of the battery lug weld imprint burr and the wavy edge of the electrode slice after slitting. It is a high-precision thickness measurement equipment, which brings convenience to the measurement.
Customers have high requirements on the width of the laser line, the quality of the spot, the uniform distribution of the whole line and the straightness deviation. The traditional beam splitting laser sensor uses cylindrical lens to refract laser. The biggest problem of this traditional method is the very weak edge illumination caused by the Gaussian intensity distribution along the laser line, which makes the scanning imaging resolution low and inaccurate.
The laser contour scanner uses the principle of laser triangulation to scan the two-dimensional contour of different measured object surfaces. The laser beam is amplified by a set of special lenses to form a static laser line, which is projected onto the surface of the object to be measured. The brightness uniformity of the laser line directly affects the reception of the sensor.
According to the fine requirements for line width and depth of field parameters, precision customized lenses and special lenses with exclusive patents are used to achieve more perfect laser line width and intensity, effectively solve the "bright spot" problem at both ends of the laser line, improve the beam quality, and the power density uniformity reaches more than 90%, thus further improving the scanning clarity and resolution.
Cooperate with the 50mW outlet power and 405nm wavelength, communicate the different detection range, working distance, linewidth, angle, and modulation mode of the sample for many times, cooperate with the algorithm matching application, and the final product is perfectly equipped with the customer's equipment, greatly improving the utilization of the system's light collection, thus improving the resolution and accuracy of scanning imaging.
